Spotlessly clean and updated room with separate bathroom and a patio, a writing desk, and a couch. Location - great and beautiful really close to the outskirts of San Antonio as well as the resort/waterpark.

Beautiful facility, very friendly staff

I travel >100K miles/year and stay at hotels/resorts 3-4x/month. This hotel, while outstanding in many respects, doesn't know what it wants to be. It tries to cater to high end guests as a spa/resort/golf resort, while at the same time trying to cater to the convention trade - all the while offering activities and a water park that encourages families to bring (many!!) young children.

Friendly reception staff. Friendly valets/bell staff. Shuttle available to drive you to far away self-parking. Nice pool/lazy river. Comfortable beds. Good schedule of kid-friendly activities.

Staff wouldn't let me use luggage trolley by myself; had to have bellman work the trolley (and get his tip). Usual problem of people "saving" pool chairs and float tubes (limited supply/unlimited demand).

The breakfast is served in the restaurant!

Incredible family-friendly hotel with breathtaking views especially at sunrise. Very friendly staff with oh so impeccable customer service, newly remodelled, good-sized rooms.

The 18th hole restaurant food was not good, my ribeye was greasy and no seasoning, very disappointed☹️

Parents with kids will love it

The water park is fantastic for kids and adults both. We enjoyed a great meal at the restaurant where the waiter really were really good for us, even snagging us a dessert not even on the menu.

Yeah, it was a bit pricey but you know what? Worth the splurge for the memories we made.

Perfect Family Getaway with Excellent Amenities

We had a wonderful family vacation! The spacious king suite fit us perfectly. The children loved the pool area, though chairs filled up quickly, so get there early. Enjoyed breakfast at Cibolo Moon daily, don't skip the buffet! Excellent service all around.

The amazing water park kept our kids entertained for hours, and the beautiful surroundings provided a relaxing atmosphere for us. The dining options were quite disappointing.

Had an amazing getaway with friends! We loved the lazy river and the waterslides at the water park. The adults-only pool was a perfect spot to relax while the kids enjoyed building sandcastles. Don't miss the complimentary activities available. Great atmosphere!

One hiccup was with the check-in process. It was frustrating not getting our adjoining rooms sorted out as expected.

The water park was amazing! My kids had a blast on the slides and in the pool, which kept them entertained for hours. Our room was spacious and clean, with a lovely balcony view. The dining options were pretty good, especially the steakhouse. It was a fantastic family getaway!

The pools and water park were fantastic, with exciting water slides that thrilled my children while providing a relaxing atmosphere for adults. We enjoyed dining at the golf club restaurant, which served excellent food. The pricing for drinks was excessively high, especially at $32 for two cocktails. Paper straws created an inconvenience for everyone in our group. Definitely an enjoyable stay, but the costs require careful consideration.
